The finishing joinery — skirting, architraves, wall panelling and boxing-in.
Skirting is the last thing fitted and the first thing noticed. In a Maltese flat it goes on after the tiler and before the painter, scribed to a floor that is never quite level. MDF skirting is about €6 a metre to buy from a Maltese retailer; what nobody in Malta publishes is the fitting, so it is quoted on site by the metre after measuring.
Panelling is the same story. Slat and decorative panels are €28 to €41 a panel at Maltese builders' merchants, and installation is offered on request without a price. Bespoke MDF or veneered panelling is a joiner's job and is quoted against a drawing.
Material prices are published by Maltese retailers and given against each line; fitting has no published Maltese figure and is quoted on site. Small adjustments are on the hourly band.

A band, not a quote: the low end is a straightforward job with clear access, the high end is the same job with the complications a site visit finds. Materials are included where the line says so.

You deal with us, not with the workshop. We measure, we quote a fixed price, we bring in a joiner from the CheckYourTraders-verified network, and we stand behind the work. One point of contact, one contract, one invoice.
